Who can use your analysis services?
Our analysis services are available to general dentists, pedodontists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons.
How do I place an order for an analysis?
To place an order for an analysis, select your preferred analysis and style on our website, determine the number of analyses needed by the number of patients that you need analyses for, and then add to cart. Complete checkout and securely enter/upload your patient information and ceph image in a PNG, JPEG, JPG, or GIF format that’s under 20MB in size on the order confirmation page.
How will I know when my analysis order is complete?
We will send you an email indicating that your order is complete. You can then log in to your private portal to access and download the completed analyses in a pdf format.
How do I access my private portal?
To access your private portal, log in to our website and navigate to your account dashboard. Your private portal can be accessed from there.
How do I locate and download the completed analyses for each patient?
In your private portal, locate each specific patient and click to download the completed analysis in a pdf format.
Is my patient information secure?
Yes, patient information is securely entered/uploaded on the order confirmation page and is stored securely in our HIPAA compliant private portal system.
Can I request a customized analysis that is not offered on your website?
Yes, you can contact us to request a customized analysis by providing the analysis requirements and a sample. We will work with you to provide the customized analysis and pricing information.
Can I have my practice logo appear on the analysis?
Yes, you can upload your practice logo to your account dashboard so that it appears on each analysis. Simply navigate to your account dashboard, click on “Upload Logo,” and upload your logo. Please note that the logo must be in a PNG, JPEG, JPG, or GIF format and under 2MB in size.
Can I try your analysis service before committing?
Yes, we offer a free trial. You can request a free tracing by contacting us (Please make sure that you have registered first). This is a great way to see the quality of our work before committing to a paid analysis.
Do you accept DICOM data?
No, we do not currently accept DICOM data. However, if you need to convert DICOM data to a synthetic cephalogram, specialized software can simulate the image acquisition process used in producing a cephalogram. Most CBCT hardware packages include software that contains this functionality. Please check your software instructions or contact your CBCT/Software manufacturer. Don’t forget to include a calibration ruler before exporting your image.
Do you accept PDF ceph image files?
No, we do not currently accept ceph images that are embedded inside a pdf file. However, there are several online converters available that can convert PDF image files to other image formats. Here are some popular ones:
